In collaboration with the cellars of the region, the restaurant l'Étable, offers you a food and wine pairing.
The restaurant L’Étable, situated at the cable car’s midway station, offers a menu paired with wines from the Cave de la Brunière in St-Léonard.
Each dish is served with a wine from a local winery.
